...Since you have stayed in Manila for quite some time too, where can I go for hair and make up that is good, but price is not too high? Preferably Makati area please. I hope you can help. Thanks!
I received this question from a reader and I hope we can all help her out! I don't really get try out different salons since I tend to stick to my favorite salon, Hairworks. I go there because they have the best hair colorists and Novi, my threader, has the lightest hands. She's the only threader that I have not had a painful relationship with, so she comes highly recommend. I can bet my eyebrows on that! =)
I hardly wear make-up, even when I go to formal events, so I have not tried their make-up services. So sorry! All in all, I go to Hairworks because I always feel that I get my money's worth whenever I pop in for a haircut, manicure/pedicure, hair coloring or threading. Darn, when it comes to hair and make-up I'm practically useless huh? Really, I'm grasping for words as I type this. I can talk on and on about clothes and accessories, but when it comes to beauty matters, I'm kind of really low maintenance in that sense, hehehe.
So to my dear friends, if any of you have tried and tested salons in Makati, please help us out and tell us all about your favorite salon!
