Second Rate Trying Hard Copycat

I have a pair of bootleg jeans that I really don't care much about anymore, and I was torn between cutting the legs off to turn it into shorts, or preserving it - just in case. But because it cost me quite a sum a couple years ago, I couldn't bear to even let the tips of my scissors touch it. So I thought I'd take inspiration from Judy and Jane of Sea of Shoes because I just love how they wear their jeans folded up with heels!

Here's my version:

Top: H&M
Jeans: Citizens of Humanity
Belt: Marni
Wedges: ChloƩ

UPDATE: As requested by Anon, here's a closer shot of my shoes =)

These shoes are very jolie laide. They look orthopedic-ish but with an edge! For some reason, I love them! I think it has to do with the 70ish feel I'm getting from this particular pair!

I do this too. Usually so the hem of my jeans wont get wet in the rain but doing so I discovered that it actually looks nice. LOL

Pam! I think the nude shoes did the trick, as they elongate the legs!

i've been seeing katie holmes sporting this new look! :) wearing pegged jeans with her flats but hers is kinda baggy. she's wearing like a $350 menswear jeans i think.. like what david beckham wears and posh borrows all the time too. galing, you think the same way as katie holmes. hehe! :-)
